Overall, my first experience with Dr. Neubauer in the Rawson Avenue location was very good. I didn't have to wait, the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable, and Dr. Neubauer was friendly and good-natured and gave me much more information than I expected.

Doctor was down to earth and spoke to me in terms that I could understand.
He was also very gentle with the cortisone injection 💉.

Dr. Neubauer has been great dealing with my rotator cuff that is stubbornly not complying with treatment. He gives me hope I will be able to still function with it and I know he will continue to provide quality care and advice until it comes time to replace my shoulder. He has never made me feel rushed and has patiently listened to all concerns and answered all my questions clearly. Thank you Dr. Neubauer! I am grateful for all you have done.

Dr Neubauer repaired my rotator cuff less than 6 mo ago. I am back to golfing, working out. I still have a few degrees of motion to get back but that will come.

Dr Neubauer took the time to fully understand my problems in a friendly and patient manner. My difficulties, at different times, involved both my elbow and shoulder. He was able to alleviate my pain fully in both cases. I wish all doctors were as caring and efficient as he.

Dr. Neubauer was great from day one. He took time to listen to my concerns before surgery and again after surgery. I never felt hurried or ignored during my appointments with him.
The surgery was a success and I am happy to return to work on Monday.

Dr. Neubauer is the best, hands down! I had to have surgery on my shoulder as I badly fractured my humerus. I had minimal pain after the surgery and the cut to do repair is a very clean cut. I will be referring him to everyone I know that needs shoulder repair.

Dr. Neubauer performed successful rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder 6 years ago and was responsive throughout re-hab. I had a great experience at an appointment with Dr. Neubauer. He listened to me and had a good “bedside manner.” He gave me options and was prompt to image my injury. I am in the healthcare field and appreciated him being upfront with me, explaining my X-rays and letting me know if my injury is outside of his scope that he would be happy to refer me to someone else.
